Bay Laurel's elite program features the expertise of commercial/film industry professionals alongside other community leaders. While we absolutely focus on skills development, we also introduce the youth to career opportunities found within the film industry outside of the actor/director. We believe in positive reinforcement and pride ourselves on presenting BIPOC professionals to speak on their personal journey.

This experience is held free for inner-city youth. The lessons they learn are second to none.
