This 3-day camp will introduce 15 youth ages 12-17 to various aspects of the film industry.
We will explain complex tactics used in the industry in simple ways to help spark the imaginations and aspirations of our next generation of leaders.
We will provide the necessary blueprint to go from conception to the release of their own visual productions on major distribution platforms.
We will introduce them to career opportunities found within the film industry. While providing positive reinforcement through the volunteer efforts of BIPOC professionals sharing their personal experiences, adversities and achievements.
We will also provide them with a nutritious dinner, healthy snacks and drinks, a USB drive filled with their own camp-made creations, as well as a camp-exclusive Bay Laurel T-shirt!

I am aware that participation in the Bay Laurel Fund Youth Film Camp (hereby referred to as “BLF Camp”) has some inherent risks and injury can occur. I hereby authorize the directors of the “BLF Camp” to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention to my son/daughter. I waive and release the “BLF Camp”, its coaches, volunteers, the Bay Laurel Fund and Conduit Sound from any and all claims for personal injury. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with his/her involvement in the program. I hereby expressly permit said minor child to travel by private automobile to activities and events related to the “BLF Camp”. I hereby give consent to allow photographs/videos of said minor. I understand the pictures may be used by “BLF Camp” for promotional purposes. I attest I am eighteen years or older and that my child is physically fit and has no known medical conditions which prohibit participation in this sport. By checking this box I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and agree to the contents.
