Bay Laurel's elite program features the expertise of current/former professional athletes, collegiate athletes, coaches, trainers, business pros, alongside other community leaders. While we absolutely focus on skills development, we also introduce the youth to career opportunities found within football outside of the athlete. We believe in positive reinforcement and pride ourselves on presenting BIPOC professionals to speak on their personal journey.
